AHOY THERE!!

Welcome to the Venice Sailing Squadron. We are an active sailing organization located in Southwest Florida established in 1973. We sponsor cruises, races, and hold social events in and around the Venice, Florida area.  We are  part of the local community and work to promote sailing, seamanship and comradery among sailors.

    Join us !!

You do not need a boat to sail as a member of the sailing squadron. Although, we welcome any new entries into our fleets, many skippers need crew and are willing to train and or take or experienced sailors. If you own a boat and want to learn to race, the VSS ranks are filled with many veteran sailors looking for the opportunity to practice their passion on the water.
